Guests and graduates arrive at the venue. Registration desks will be available for name tags and seating arrangements. Light refreshments served.

  • Welcome address and introduction to the ceremony's highlights.
Guest Speaker Keynote

4:25 PM – 4:40 PM

Special guest shares an inspiring message for the graduating class.

Presentation of Degrees

4:40 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Graduates are called to the stage to receive their diplomas.
  • Group photo session after all degrees are awarded.
Student Representative Speech

5:30 PM – 5:45 PM

A short address by the Valedictorian or Class Representative.

Closing Remarks

5:45 PM – 6:00 PM

Words of encouragement and thanks from the Master of Ceremonies.

Reception

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Refreshments and informal photos with peers, family, and faculty.
